It has been exclusively developed to be used with the Phenom Finale Shine Top Coat for a mirror-shine finish that lasts up to 10 days.

Directions for Application:
- Choose a Jessica treatment base coat suitable for your nail condition type, apply 1 coat.
- Apply two coats of Jessica Phenom Vivid Colour Nail Polish.
- Finish each coat by brushing across the free edge (tip) of the nail to seal it for a longer lasting finish.
- Follow with the specialist Phenom Finale Shine Top Coat for a long-lasting mirror-shine.
- Your Phenom Manicure/Pedicure will be dry after 7-10 minutes!
- To remove – simply use Jessica Nail Polish Remover.
