How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via track and trace courier once payment has been received and your order should arrive to you within 5-3-5 working days. If you live in Tauranga I can provide a pick up service at a local business in 2nd Avenue.What if my products I order are out of stock?
We are receiving new products in all the time but sometimes there may be a 2-3 week wait for the shipment of you order to arrive. We have changed it on the website so it will only allow you to purchase items that are in stock. You can email me if you have a special request and I can see if I can source it for you or give you an estimate time of arrival.Can I buy at Wholesale and Sell myself or in a Retail Store?Please contact us for more information.
What if I ordered the wrong Colour/Product and want to exchange it?You can exchange it if the product you are after is in stock. You will need to send it back and then pay $5 shipping to resend your desired product to you.
I have been sent a different colour to what I ordered, what happens next?
Very rarely have we made a mistake but occassionally it may happen especially when high volume sales are coming in. Please contact us straight away and notify us as we will organise to get your correct product to you asap and organise the return of the incorrect one.
I have not received an email from you?
Please check your junk mail folder as it may of gone in there?
My Item has arrived leaking in box or broken, what happens if this occurs?
Please contact me asap and notify me via email what has happened and I will arrange suitable replacement etc and file a claim with courier. Please take a photo and send along with email.
